| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Consumes oil (Apparently this is normal for aluminum engines) | |
| General comments? | My VW was a peice of crap compared to the success I've had with the Galant. The Power is great, the handeling is good and the paint is good aas well (my car is black). This 4 cyl has more power then the prestigious 91' Passaat. The assembally of the engine seems more solid. (the passat had a lot of plastic) The biggest surprise is that it consumes oil.... apprently this is a normal process of cooling system (just seems weird) The tranny and engine seem to form a symphony of performance road travel. The interior material looks like granny's 'ole wallpaper... What can you say about the material when the car costs a good 3K - 5K less then the Accord and Camry. This is a pretty good car but the fit and finish will get the Mitsu Motors company everytime when compared to their legendary Japanese brothers. | |
