| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Brakes replaced 3 times in first 18 months; all seatbelt latches replaced twice in the first 6 months (would not stay latched; headliner has fallen 2 times now; | |
| General comments? | Had lots of trouble with the car in the 1st year. It was in the shop more than in my possession. Company does not show much interest in car owners and has made absolutely no effort to make us happy. After so many problems with the car, we met with a rep out of California, who said "What do you want us to do about it?" We will not own another Mitsubishi due to lack of customer care from the company. | |
| Previous car | Traded in a 1994 Ford Probe for the 1999 Galant. Loved the Probe and never had a bit of trouble with it. Wish I could say the same of the Galant, but unfortunately..... | |
