| What things have gone wrong with the car? | At 21,000 miles the brakes are beginning to squeek. Less rear seat leg room and less overall shoulder room. | |
| General comments? | This is a great midsize car for the $. I previously owned a '95 Galant and enjoyed the spacious interior and smooth ride. Because of that I bought a '02. The '02 definitely has a smaller overall interior, however all of the upgraded features are a good compromise. The upgraded stero system and 7 speakers, side and front air bags, alloy rims, plush interior, sleek new design makes owning this car fun. My '95 Galant had more of a "family" car feel, which is what we needed, however the '02 has all the amenities of a family car and the cool sleek presence of a sporty car. I would definitely recommend the Galant for anyone in the midsize car market. It's a great value and a very sound car. |
